I bought this wok. it said carbon steel. but it looks different than my  regular carbon steel which requires seasoning and shouldn't be cleaned with  soap. is this a normal carbon steel

My seasoned CS Wok is starting to show the blued steel underneath the  seasoning. I've only used it 4-5 times for fried rice/eggs with minimal  sticking : r/carbonsteel

Made-in 12” blue carbon steel wok. Blued, seasoned ALL DAY with a thin  layer of made in seasoning wax, heated till smoking, cooled down.  Occasionally I did a layer of vegetable oil.

What's with my wok? The brown near the edges was when I tried to season it  with flaxseed oil (not sure if I did it correctly). There is some brown  burnt food
